Mora Cué is a chia processing and exporting company. Located in the heart of South America, we connect thousands of small Paraguayan farmers with different markets, nourishing the world with a safe and sustainable product.
The company was founded in 2021 by David Olson, who was dedicated, at that time, to the marketing of grains such as soybeans, corn and wheat. He discovered chia’s great potential, and the producers, who already knew and fully trusted David, were very interested in him being the one to pave the way to bring their product to international markets. It was clear that these markets demanded the highest standards of food quality and handling. Thus, Mora Cué was born, a chia processing plant with the objective of positioning itself as a reliable and preferred supplier for the most demanding markets in the world.
Currently, we run one of the leading companies in the chia market from the small but iconic town of Mora Cué. One where the organizational culture involves being radically transparent with our team, our suppliers and our clients. We are convinced that this is a fundamental pillar to continue on the path of prosperity for all.
Our work is committed to contributing towards the sustainable development of the Paraguayan countryside, and to those who work the land every day to offer a pure, traceable and certified product.
